The big questions
We want everyone to be able to share thoughts and experience in a way that is comfortable to you. Some of us have been thinking about ten big questions or stages of a journey. These group into three chunks and guide the day.
- Feeling good
- Doing the job right
- Running the service well
11.45 – 12.30
Feeling good
- The big picture of me! Whole group add post-its and comments to a huge picture of a young person in good mental health
- Small groups looking at some of these things more closely
Lunch break from 12.30 to 13.15
13.15 – 14.00
Doing the job right
- Whole group add thoughts and ideas about what makes a good worker
o Heart (values and beliefs)
o Head (knowledge and understanding)
o Hands (practical face to face skills)
· Small groups looking at some of these things more closely

Running the service well
· Whole group add thoughts to a huge cartoon of a house which explores what needs to be in place to make the service run well
