So to start thinking about how we can make mental health services for young people better when considering how easy to get to you and accessible to use they are, we've come up with 10 questions. Please use them as a guide and add any comments below.
You can answer them all, a couple, just one or even let us know your thoughts through video, photos, music, twitter, or a blog.
- What do good mental health outcomes (results) look like for you?
- What do successful talking therapies look like?
- What range of therapies do you think should be offered?
- How should these therapies be delivered? (length, place, times and so on)
- How do you know they are being delivered well and to a high standard?
- What knowledge and skills do workers need to deliver the therapies well?
- What should these workers be taught, how and by whom?
- What backing is needed from supervisors and managers?
- Who is best to train these workers?
- How should these therapies be commissioned and evaluated?
